I've eaten at Lido Cafe dozens of times. The food is always great. The place is always busy. I especially enjoy the Domino sandwich. It is one of the most creative sandwiches I have ever had. It is packed with thinly sliced, grilled turkey and served with crisp chips and salsa. It's the perfect size lunch for me. This is my first choice of the very best place to eat in Carmichael.

Had no idea this gem existed! Love the vibe and ambience! Parking can be a little tough but still amazing! They have outdoor and indoor seating. The menu is extensive and it's hard to choose. Yass to a wonderful brunch location with doggos around. Servers were amazing and keep our drinks refilled. Highly recommend.

The owner is a gem...beautiful ..inside and out...brilliant food! Portions are great,price fair...and I haven't met the baker...but this person is a master!!the baked goods display is NEVER shy of treats to make the jaw ache and mouth water...eggs Benedict (all of them) ate phenomenal...and you can get a decent cocktail at 7am if your down! This is place is great. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful, the menu is very diverse with something very everyone. The soup is homemade, it was fresh and very tasty. Had the tuna melt, which was perfectly seasoned, the bread grilled to perfection. The deserts are homemade and are fantastic. Had the lemon bar, one of the best I have had. I encourage you to stop by if you like good home cooked food. Oh and the breakfast is the best in town!
We had a great experience at Lido! The food was very good and they had excellent, friendly service. The prices are very reasonable as well. Lido's had very homey touches that made for a very welcoming experience. One detail I enjoyed is that they don't have standard mugs you would see at many other diners. They had an assortment of mugs like you would collect at your own home. 5 stars!
The restaurant was clean and busy, but not very loud. When you walk in the door, you grab a menu and seat yourself. Patio seating is available and dog friendly. Waitress was attentive. She checked on me regularly and refilled my tea numerous times. I had the California omelet (ham, bacon, mushrooms, onions). It was large, and took up half of my plate. It was absolutely delicious. It came with country potatoes and toast. Also ordered an extra pancake for $3.95. It was fluffy and delicious. You can expect to spend about $20 per person here. My bill total: $23
We absolutely love everything about Lidos! Yes it's local, but when we get there we feel like we're on a little get away! A few favorites include Shawna's breakfast sandwich and Shawna's veggie burger on sprouted bread! Such a simple touch, but love the in-house made salsa and chips!
